GATE results awaited on 15 March

IIT Madras (IIT Chennai) organized the prestigious Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2011) this year(2011). Although the notifications about the details of examinations were out last year(2010) only. Yet, this is the time to give the awaited aspirants an alert on results. The results of GATE-2011 will be announced on 15 March, 2011 at 10 am. Results will be available at the offices of IISc as well as seven IITs. This year the scores will be valid for two years from 15th March 2011, the date of announcement of results.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered as well as conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) on behalf of the National Coordination Board - GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.

As notified, GATE 2011 Online Examination was held on 30 January, 2011 and the pen and paper Examination was held on 13th February 2011.Gateforum is organising an All India free scholarship test for aspirants of GATE-2012 in over 45 cities across the country. In Bangalore the scholarship test will be conducted at National College, National College Road, 7th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore at 9.30 am on 27 February 2011.
