RUHS, Jaipur Opens MBBS & BDS Admission 2012

Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur invites application for Rajasthan Pre Medical Test (RPMT 2012) for admission in to Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in various Government and Private Medical & Dental colleges affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences commencing in the session 2012-13.

Exam Pattern:
There shall be 200 objective type questions (50 questions each of Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology) of 4 marks each. Each question shall have four options to answer. There shall be no negative marking.

Eligibility:

• Candidates should have a 17 years of age as on December 31, 2012.
• The Senior Secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination, which is equivalent to 10+2 after a period of 12 years study, the last 2 years of study must comprise of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology with English as compulsory subject.

How to apply:

• Application form can be downloaded from the websites of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences.
• Candidates have to pay non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1200/- (Rs. 600 for SC, ST, PH candidates) through bank challan at any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce.

Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of online application form is May 05, 2012.
The RPMT 2012 online exam will be held during 3rd week of May 2012.
