The most awaited Karnataka SSLC Supplementary results 201 have been finally declared today i.e on 12th July 2012. Over 1.6 lakh students had appeared for the examination conducted in the month of June.
In the annual SSLC examination held in April over 8 lakh students appeared for the exams. The percentage of pass stood at 76.23 which is all time record in the history of Karnataka SSLC examinations.
Out of 2 lakh students failed in the April exams nearly 3/4 of them did take supplementary exams, which means rest 25% students can be deemed as drop outs. Dropping out from continuing education is mainly due to the socio-economic factors which affects students, parents and guardians, Venkateshaiah told Oneindia.
